The LA County Sheriff has lifted the evacuations of neighborhoods in the La-C cities, and sent out this release:
Effective at 6:30 p.m. today based upon continued evaluation of the weather, the flood control system, and roadway access, Unified Command has lifted all mandatory evacuations for La Canada Flintridge and La Crescenta.
Residents should be prepared to show valid identification to Sheriff’s deputies.
“No Parking During Rain Storm” restrictions remain in effect on posted streets and vehicles will be subject to towing.
Residents of La Canada Flintridge and La Crescenta are reminded that truck activity may occur in their communities as County Public Works Department crews clean out debris basins.
