* PEAK RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN ONE HALF AND THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE. BRIEF RAINFALL RATES OF ONE INCH PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS THIS AFTERNOON.
* FLASH FLOODING AND DEBRIS FLOW WILL BE A THREAT IN AND BELOW THE RECENT BURN AREAS.
