East Altadena Little League Spring 2011 Season Assessment Dates
Hello East Altadena Little League Families,
Happy New Year!!
Just a reminder that all registered Farm, Minors AA, Minors AAA and Major Division players must attend ONE of the following assessment dates, held at Donley Field located at 1065 E. Washington Blvd., Pasadena at Longfellow Elementary: (T-ball and Girls Softball players DO NOT need to attend.)
Example: A player who is age 8 today and has a March birthday is league age 9 for 2011 season.
Your child should check in at the time indicated. Skills assessments will begin approximately 30 minutes after check-in time. Each session will last for approximately 2 hours.
PLEASE have your child dressed in baseball attire with necessary equipment (minimum is cleats and glove.)
If your child is unable to attend one of the sessions on either date, please contact:

Please note that in order to complete the registration, you must submit your proof of residency and age documents (see below for guidelines) at one of the assessment dates above. Payment must also be made at time of registration.

- Internet, Cable or Satellite Records
- Vehicle Records
- Employment Records
By way of further example and clarification, please note that the category "Internet, Cable or Satellite Records" is a category separate from the category "Utility Bills". Therefore, a cable TV bill AND a utility bill would constitute documents from TWO categories.
PROOF OF AGE:FOR FIRST-TIME EALL PLAYERS ONLY. To be eligible to play in EALL, the player's league age must be between 4 and 12 years for all divisions of play except the Juniors Division. For the Junior's Division, the player's league age can not be greater than 14 years.
Proof of such age may be made at Registration by providing ONE of the following documents:
Original or Certified Copy of Birth Certificate (no photocopies accepted.)
For children born abroad of a parent or parents who are U.S. citizens, any official government document issued by a U.S. federal agency or service, is acceptable. For military dependents, Department of Defense identification cards and military hospital certificates are acceptable .
