Looking for a fun (and free) family event nearby? The Pacific Asia Museum, 46 N. Los Robles in Pasadena, is having a Lunar New Year celebration on Jan. 29 to celebrate its 40th anniversary year. Held throughout the Museum including a fully tented parking lot, all the galleries will be open to enjoy along with crafts, demonstrations and hands-on activities, food and gift vendors, plus live music, dance, martial arts acrobatics, magic and more onstage. A great chance to enjoy the "China Modern" exhibit before it closes Feb. 6. Come help welcome in the Year of the Rabbit. Free and fun for all ages!
