Issue watch: PSN also reports that the Pasadena City Council is calling for a plan to switch Pasadena Unified School District from at-large to district-based, where each member of the school board represents a particular geographic region. Which means more Pasadena-based members vote to close Altadena schools, rather than at-large members.
