Even though the third Altadena Relay for Life from the American Cancer Society won't be held until Sat., June 11 at Farnworth Park, teams are already being formed and activities planned for the big event.
The kick-off will be this coming Wed., Feb. 2, from 6-8 PM at the upper room of the Davies Building in Farnsworth Park, says online chair Heather Morrow. It's good place to learn more about Relay For Life, register your team, and connect with other Relayers and community members.
Teams so far include Hope Ryders, Team Prana, Little Street of Spain, Curves Altadena, Altadena Community Church, Altadena Ale House, and Coffee Gallery.
