Joyous news in the Pasadena Star News today: the Fork in the Road will return -- the original fork, in its original place at the junction of St. John's and Pasadena Avenues in Pasadena.
PSN's Janette Williams says that it will be set back a bit, reinforced with plenty of rebar and concrete -- and best of all, will be the original wooden fork, refurbished and preserved for all to see. Plans call for it to return early in February.
The Fork -- an internationally-hailed piece of guerilla art -- was erected by Coffee Gallery habitues to commemorate the 75th birthday of the Gallery's Bob Stane.
