If you thought the folks at Caltech were just a bunch of jocks, Theater Arts at the California Institute of Technology (TACIT) is presenting an adaptation of Dumas' classic swashbuckling tale of The Three Musketeers, their companion D'Artagnan, and the lady villain Milady. Joining them is D'Artagnan's younger sister Sabine, who is always eager for a fight.
The show is directed by Caltech's own Brian Brophy, Lee Arenberg (of Pirates of the Caribbean) and Victor Warren (acclaimed fight director).
The cast is comprised of Caltech undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, JPLers, and community members, including Alex Jose, Steven Collins, Trevor Currie, Dongkook Lim, Garrett Lewis, Virginie Leclerq, Gary Olsen, Ashley Stroupe, Haley Barnes, Diego Caporale, Mark Lucas, Cara King, Todd Brun, Kimberly Becker, David Seal, Kathryn Bikle, Nagin Cox, Vanessa Burns, Karan Gupta, Arseny Vasilyev, Trevor Roper, Matt Luby, Joshua Adler, and Nimisha Mittal, and Zachary Abbott.
It's a fun romp, and kid-friendly, with lots of sword-fighting.
