The Altadena Library is looking for artists and vendors for its second annual Art on Millionaire's Row festival, to be held Sat., June 11.
This year's festival promises more participants, food, and music in a fundraiser to support the Library Foundation. There will also be an artist's reception on Fri., June 10, and a chance to be an artist yourself: a special competition in which all participants are invited to make a special artpiece to celebrate the book, using actual books, which be given to participants. There will be a separate special award for the best entry.
The festival features both a salon exhibition and individual booths. Works for sale will include painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, photography, prints, fabrics and leather, jewelry, and mixed media (which last year included some brilliant collages and artboxes).
