Between 8:00 AM and; 5:00 PM – a residential burglary occurred in the 2200 block of Navarro Avenue. Suspect(s) entered via the unlocked window. Residence was ransacked and the following items were stolen: black Samsung 42” TV, black “Samsung” Blu-ray, and; silver “Aeas” digital camera.
Between 7:00 PM and; 7:00 AM – a grand theft occurred in the 600 block of Devirian Place. Loss: beige washing machine, green/yellow “John Deere” lawn mower, red “Lincoln” welder, wood/leather horse hoe, and; a push lawn mower. Items were stolen from an unsecured backyard.
Thurs., Feb. 10:
Between 8:00 AM and; 11:00 AM, Friday – a petty theft occurred in the 900 block of Wapello Street. Loss: purple “Phat” beach cruiser, green “Pulling Rock” beach cruiser, and; red “Schwinn” mountain bike.
Fri., Feb. 11:
12:06 PM – a residential burglary occurred in the 2600 block of Santa Rosa Avenue. Deputies responded to the location due to a burglar alarm activation. Suspect(s) entered the residence by prying open the front door. Loss: silver “MacBook” 13”. Possible suspect descriptions: male and female, African‐American, driving a light blue 4‐door vehicle or two male, Hispanics in a white pick‐up truck.
4:00 PM and; 5:00 PM – a vehicle burglary at occurred at Eaton Canyon Nature Center, 1750 N. Altadena Dr. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the front passenger window. Loss: brown/white “Coach” purse, ID, and; misc. currency.
Sat., Feb. 12:
10:40 PM – Deputies responded to the area of 300 W. Palm St., after receiving a call of shots fired. Upon arrival, deputies were advised by citizens that a male, African‐American, 18 yrs. was shot and transported to the hospital by friends. Additional deputies responded to the hospital and were advised that the victim was deceased. Further investigation revealed a red 4‐ door sedan was seen leaving the area at a high‐rate of speed. The investigation is on‐going.
Mon., Feb. 14:
4:30 AM and; 3:00 PM – a residential burglary occurred in the 100 block of E. Woodbury Road. Suspect(s) entered a trailer by removing the lock and chain which secured the front door. Loss: black “Acer Aspire” 15” laptop.
