The Altadena Town Council monthly meeting will be Tues., Feb. 15, at the Altadena Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Dr., starting at 7 PM
Hot items on the ticket:
1. Proposed Farmer's Market: the council is to discuss what they've learned in the past month about support and opposition to a market proposed at Loma Alta Park, including the types of desirable vendors.
2. A volunteer group interested in Loma Alta Park has raised concerns over the security bars that are part of the remodeling of the building nearest the playground.
The council will also meet beforehand in a closed retreat at 6 PM in the Community Center.
