Last night's shooting on the 300 block of W. Palm St. resulted in the first murder in Altadena since 2009.
The vicitim, described only as an adult African American man, was transported to Huntington Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
We checked with sheriff's headquarters bureau about 2 PM, and no further information has been released.
