A warm not-yet-spring day turned into a cool night where the "scene" was Fancy Food Truck Friday at the Webster's parking lot. Seven different gourmet food trucks -- kebobs to barbecue to Mediterranean to designer ice cream -- offered a movable feast for the large and appreciative crowd.
The Hungry Nomad truck offered something new: video screens on top of their truck, where they ran commercials for themselves!
Also that night, at the community room of the Altadena Main Library, harpist Vanessa Sheldon shared her repertoire of classical favorites to a packed house.
