Team Triumph (a bunch of bikers, obviously) is having a BBQ bash to raise money for "Rip's B.A.D. Ride 2011" (Bikers Against Diabetes), to benefit the American Diabetes Association.
The barbecue will be held Sat., April 16, from 3-7 PM at 75 South Oak St., in Pasadena. Adult presale tickets are $20 by April 3, $25 after (children under 12 $10). You get a beef short rib or chicken plate, grilled veggies, brown rice, garden salad, and desert, bottled water and homemade ice tea, or beer and wine.
There'll be a live band, raffle drawings for prizes, and a silent auction. Cash only please, altho' checks are OK for the silent auction items. All proceeds go directly to the 2011 Rip's B.A.D.
