The Women's Room (the daytime refuge for homeless women sponsored by the Ecumenical Council of Pasadena Area Congregations) is teaming with Ten Thousand Villages 567 S. Lake, Pasadena, to create a line of lavender sachets made by the women. There will be an informal reception to launch the line at 2 PM on Wed., March 9, and come back at 7 PM to hear Pasadena City Councilmember Jacque Robinson and speaker Harmony Dust in a presentation, "What You Can Do To Stop Human Trafficking in Pasadena."
