Altadena Sheriff's Station volunteer
The Altadena Sheriff's Station is ready to begin organizing all of its CERT volunteers, and for several reasons:
So we all know how many of us there are- So we know where we are in the community, geographically
- So we know what skills and experience each of us has
- So we can determine what additional training would be beneficial
- So you're better prepared if, or when a catastrophic event occurs
- So we're all better trained and prepared to work together when the need arises
- So we can all be more effective at meeting the needs of this community when we're pressed into service
- A meeting for all CERT trained volunteers is planned as follows:
DATE Thursday, May 19
TIME 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
PLACE Altadena Community Center
730 East Altadena Drive
Altadena, CA
Please help us plan well by letting me know whether you plan to attend.
If you're interested in participating at a future time, but May 19 isn't convenient for you, please let me know that as well and I'll make sure you stay on a notification list.
