Puppets liven up the Tiny Tot room in the refurbished program building at Loma Alta Park. The building, which had been under renovation for over a year, has rooms for the Tiny Tot program, a large room for dances and teen activities, a kitchen, refurbished new bathrooms, a shaded courtyard, and generally a more inviting look.
While the open house for the building was Wednesday night, Penny Daniels, Loma Alta Park manager, said that the building opened up for park programs Monday.
