Lots of helicopter traffic and some blocked streets around Fire Station 11 tonight. The sheriff's department watch commander tells us that a box of fertilizer was put in front of the fire station, and "we don't mess with things like that." Bomb and arson specialists were called in, and, she said, as of now (10:30 PM) everything is under control.
