Yes, it's hard to think of Christmas in 90 degree weather, but the folks at the Christmas Tree Lane Association do it all year long!
The Association is looking for vendors for the 2nd Winter Arts & Crafts Festival that will lead to lights-on on Sat., Dec. 10. The festival will take place in the parking lot of the Altadena Main Library, 600 E. Mariposa St.
