The Altadena Sheriff's Station is holding its free "Community Day in the Park" tomorrow at Charles White Park, 77 Mountain View St., from 1-4 PM. There will be free food, drink, safety information, and a lot of fun is promised.
There will also be a "Community Shred-It" event, where documents will be shredded for free to help prevent identity theft (and there's something really satisfying about shredding docments!), so bring your stacks of paper along.
