- Wine tasting at Webster's Fine Stationers, 2450 N. Lake: Join Anne Bannon and Michael Holland of OddBallGrape.com as we explore the differences of four white wines and how they relate to the foods of summer. Learn how to select the wine you'll need at your next summer soiree and know how it will taste with the foods you're serving! Know which white wines are the most refreshing and how you can use them to make summer sippers. If you need another reason to attend, you won't want to miss the sampling of Jabberwocky Jerk Sauce Pork Roast, locally made and produced by Susann Edmonds, among other favorite summer snacks. - Sheriff Support Group Summer Concert Series welcomes the The Mixx to the Farnsworth Park stage, 7 PM. Before the concert, you can pick up a dinner from Amy’s Patio Café http://www.amyspatiocafe.net/id3.html or El Patron http://elpatrononline.com/. During the concert, beer and wine are available for purchase courtesy of the Altadena Rotary Club. Webster's Fine Stationers provides refreshment for the performers. Concerts are hosted by the Altadena Sheriff’s Station and Farnsworth Park. Sponsors of the summer concert series are: Warner Bros., Rotary Club of Altadena, Supervisor Michael D.
