The Abundant Harvest-sponsored City-Wide Outreach Festival has just closed down, and it looks like a good time was had by all. There were three levels of activities, from the information and goods booths on Mariposa to health screening to food and kid fun on the lower level.
Lead coordinator Phlunte Riddle said that the festival expanded from Abundant Harvest Christian Center's initial plans, but as more groups wanted to participate, it had to grow bigger.
Abundant Harvest's Pastor Anthony McFarland said that he was personally "very happy that that the community has endorsed this day, coming together ... everybody has been excited about this day."
So what are the odds that they 'll do another one? Pastor McFarland said that "After we look at the final balance of everything, we'll look to next year. But if I was going to be presumptious, I'd say yes for another year."
We have more pictures of the day after the jump.
