The Council of Arroyo Seco Organizations will meet today Wed. Sept. 28, at the Flintridge Center, 236 W. Mountain Street, Pasadena. The Council will discuss the latest news surrounding the Devils Gate Dam sediment issues and other Arroyo Seco news.
Paul Ayers, noted attorney and open space advocate, will make a presentation on the legal aspects of the environmental impact report process and how they pertain to the Hahamongna situation.
