- An actor's life for me: Young Altadena actor Fionn James (he goes to St. Mark's School) will be appearing in Pirandello's "Six Characters in Search of an Author" at the Knightsbridge Theater, Sept. 30-Oct. 16.
- Senior golfers looking for more: The Altadena Senior Men's Golf Club is looking for new members. Open to men age 50 or older, they play every Thursday morning at the Altadena Golf Course starting at 8 AM; they play a variety different competitions, and have three or for social events a year. The annual dues are $60 per year and this includes membership in the So. Calif. Golf Assn. Anyone interested in joining or or just testing the waters are free to come along on a Thursday morning.
