Arne Duncan, U.S. Secretary of Education, will have a community town hall meeting at El Rancho High School, 6501 S. Passions Blvd., Pico Rivera, on Tues., Oct. 11, from 5:30-7:30 PM.
The meeting is to help engage parents, students, educators, and community leaders throughout the Los Angeles region in meeting President Obama's challenge to lead the world in college completion by 2020. All are invited, and the event is free.
