Residents in the neighborhood around North Fair Oaks Avenue and Marathon Road have encountered a suspicious character who's knocking on doors at night.
He's knocked on at least a couple of doors -- one resident said his mother was asking him to meet the neighbors (this was on Thurs., Sept. 29, at about 8:30 PM), the other said he spoke through the door in a muffled tone of voice. He is described as Caucasian, about 19 years old, about 5 ft. 8 ins. with dyed blonde hair (his dark roots are visible).
