Ten Thousand Villages, which has chosen to support the Peace & Justice Academy in its gift sale going on through Dec. 4, is doing the same thing for the Arroyo Food Co-op, says the co-op's Patrick Reagan. Bring in the flyer or mention their name, and a portion of proceeds will go toward their goal of opening a community-owned grocery store, which they're aiming to open next year.
