Dear Bright Future Scholars Mentors, Donors, Partners, Sponsors, and Parents.
As you know the Holiday Season is quickly approaching. We have more than 250 brilliant and gifted young academic achievers in the Bright Future Scholars Program this year. The December 3, 2011 meeting will also be the Christmas Celebration for these outstanding youth.
We want to make it special and a joyous time that they will always remember; therefore we are soliciting your help. If you have any teen-appropriate items that you are willing to donate we will make them “special holiday gifts” and incorporate them into our December Leadership Development Session. If you don’t have items available, any financial contribution that you provide will be used to purchase gifts for the students. All contributions are tax-deductible and may be sent to the Quality of Life Center, Inc., 3544 Canon Boulevard, Room M101, Altadena, CA 91001. Please make checks payable to the Quality of Life Center, Inc. and note, “Bright Future Scholars” on the “memo” line. Since time is of essence, let us know immediately if you will assist and we will make the necessary arrangements to collect your donations and/or to purchase a special gift for the students on your behalf.
