Bob Stane at the Coffee Gallery, 2029 N. Lake, tells us that this weekend there will be "the largest food drive Pasadena has ever seen" to benefit Union Station Homeless Services. Where? At the Fork in the Road, of course.
The newly re-installed Fork at "Fork Plaza" (Pasadena Ave., St. John Drive, and Bellefontaine in Pasadena) will be the site of the "Put The Fork in Hunger" food drive, collecting non-perishable food for Union Station's Thanksgiving Day feast at Pasadena's Central Park. Drive by slowly and volunteers in bright orange shirts will collect your donations. If you can't make the food drive, donations can be made at the Coffee Gallery.
What: "Put The Fork in Hunger" Food Drive
Where: The Fork in the Road (Pasadena Ave./ St. John Drive, Pasadena)
When: Sat. and Sun., Nov. 12-13, 8 AM-4 PM
Why: To benefit Union Station Homeless Services.
