Between 7:30 PM and 7:30 PM, Friday – A burglary from an unlocked garage occurred in the 400 block of E. Alameda Street. Loss: silver Craftsman lawnmower.
Fri., Dec. 9
Between 8:00 PM and 7:30 AM, Saturday – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 1500 block of E. Morada Place. Loss: black digital camera, Sprint internet card.
Between 4:30 PM and 12:30 PM, Monday – A burglary from an unlocked garage occurred in the 2300 block of N . Windsor Avenue. Loss: gray/red Honda lawnmower, orange/blk Sthil leaf blower, gray Hitachi jack-hammer.
Sat., Dec. 10
Between 8:00 PM and 4:30 PM, Sunday – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 700 block of W. Mountain View Street. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the passenger window. Loss: none.
Sun, Dec. 11
5:36 PM – An attempt residential burglary occurred in the 100 block of E. Woodbury Road. Suspect attempted to enter the residence via the bedroom window. The residents observed a male, Hispanic near the window and asked who he was looking for. The male stated he was looking for a friend and fled the location after the resident stated he was going to call the police. Suspect last seen walking towards S. Summit Avenue.
Mon., Dec. 12
12:10 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 1900 block of Villa Knolls Drive. Suspects entered the location, but were seen by attentive neighbors. Deputies were called and responded to the scene. One suspect was caught after a short vehicle pursuit. Two suspects are still outstanding. Loss: none
Tues., Dec. 13
Between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM – A theft from an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of E. Mendocino. Loss: wireless credit card machine.
Wed., Dec. 14
8:30 AM – A robbery occurred in the 1700 block of Sonoma Av. The victim who was gardening at the time observed a white Ford pick-up park directly to the rear of the of the victim’s vehicle. Suspect #1, male, Hispanic, 30 years, black knit cap, red t-shirt, walked towards the victim’s vehicle and removed gardening equipment from the bed of the truck. Suspect #1 then entered the suspect vehicle which was driven by a suspect #2, male, Hispanic, 30 years. The victim returned to his vehicle and began following the suspects. The victim made contact with the suspects and demanded the return of his property. The suspect grabbed a pair of hedge cutters and walked towards the victim. The victim fearing for his safety left the location. Suspects last seen at Orange Grove/Santa Anita. Loss: white Echo leaf blower.
