Hodges move to Burbank delayed: According to a release from the Pasadena Unified School District, the move of the Hodges Children's Center from its current location at 136 E. Peoria St. in Pasadena to the Burbank Elementary School site in Altadena will now take place during the 2012 summer break. It had originally been planned during the annual winter break, which begins Friday. To date, the LA Universal pre-school (two classes), Burbank pre-school, PUSD Mental Health Services, and PUSD Early Childhood Service have relocated to the shuttered school.
Cougar alert: Reader Stephanie Clayton reports that her husband was returning home at 2:45 AM Saturday morning and spotted a mountain lion at Lake and Poppyfields. Keep your pets inside!
