Altadenablog sponsor Webster's Fine Stationers is having a special pre-Valentine's Day event on Friday, Feb. 10: a special champagne and chocolate tasting from with OddBallGrape.com's Anne Bannon and Michael Holland. Sample two different champagnes, learn how to choose a good champagne and learn the lore about champagne.
There will also be a special guest appearance by Altadena artist and poet Aldonia Bailey at 5:30 PM. Aldonia will read love poetry in-between sips of bubbly. There will be special giveaways plus a gift basket of WFS goodies to win. Come for the champagne, stay for the chocolate and poetry and you might go home wiht more than you came with.
The champagne and chocolate event will run from 4:30-7 PM. Webster's Fine Stationers is at 2450 N. Lake Ave.
