Altadena Heritage is kicking it into spring with a hands-on workshop March 10 on vegetable gardens and creating a worm bin.
Master gardeners Vivian Fortunaso and Jeri Huston will present "Launch Your Vegetable Garden," to give you all the ins-and-outs during the growing season. Laura Hanna will talk about "How to Create a Worm Bin".
The workshop is 9 AM-noon on Sat., March 10, at 2131 N. Fair Oaks. Class is limited to 30 participants, and you must have reservations. Admission is $5 for Altadena Heritage members, $10 for non-members.
