Elizabeth Nelson at Christmas Tree Lane sent us the following message:
We are sending this email to let everyone know that we are done with taking down the lights for the year.
Thanks to the hard work from students from South Pasadena High School, Pasadena High School, and Flintridge Preparatory, as well as the hard work from the Cool Kids Care from Saint Mark's School. Plus people from as far away as Arcadia and Los Angles as well as people from all over Altadena -- we have finished in the fastest time ever.
We would like to thank all the people who came out and helped make the work go so very fast. We would also like to thank you for all the good thoughts and messages we received because of the wind storm and the damages we have received.
We at Christmas Tree Lane hope to see you at our next volunteering opportunity.
