Ketty says there are some dogs on the loose in the Palm/Santa Rosa/St. James neighborhood:
They have been around that block for three days. A female, light brown, that looks like she just gave birth, and a brown male with muscles and very big ears.
I will try to get pictures, but they hide in a backyard when someone approaches them.
No number to call -- they're just at large, if you know who they belong to.
