We spent several HOURS at the Apple Store yesterday with the new computer, where the Genius Bar types were saying, "Gee, we've never seen THAT happen before!" So we're piling things up -- will play catch-up today (at least until we have to run to our next Genius Bar appointment, because we haven't solved the problem yet ...)
