The Pasadena Education Network (PEN) will host PEN’s 4th Annual Wine Tasting on Saturday March 24, at Podley Properties office, 897 Granite Drive, Pasadena from 5 – 8 p.m. The wine tasting event includes red and white wines, live music, light fare, desserts, and a silent auction.
Honorees for the event are Pasadena community and business leader and public school advocate Bill Podley, and Pasadena Unified School District parents Dawn O’Keeffe and Blanca Siebels. The three are being recognized for being outstanding volunteer leaders, school district partners and advocates for all students. They represent the type of parent and community involvement for which PEN advocates.

Silent Auction items include VIP tickets to the Ellen DeGeneres Show, a birthday party at a Pasadena Fire Station, vacation and hotel stays, theatre tickets and more.
PEN is an independent grass-roots nonprofit organization that promotes family participation in public education to benefit all students in the communities of Altadena, Pasadena and Sierra Madre. PEN provides programs and services to help parents explore and evaluate their public school options as well as become volunteer leaders in their schools and in the district.
