We're down to the Final Four: the PUSD districting task force has announced its final public meetings before presenting the board of education with a new district map on March 27.
The task force is charged with drawing the lines for new school board districts for the Pasadena Unified School District (members are currently elected at-large). The task force adopted a consensus map on March 3, and is holding meetings for public input. The task force will finalize its work on March 20, and is scheduled to present its consensus map to the PUSD board on March 27.
The final meetings will be:
- March 13, 6 PM, Altadena Senior Center, 560 E. Mariposa St., Altadena, CA 91001.
- March 15, 6 PM, Jackie Robinson Community Center, 1020 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena, CA 91001.
- March 17, 12 PM., Madison Elementary, 515 Ashtabula St., Pasadena, CA 91104.
- March 20, 6 PM., Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1757 N. Lake Ave., Pasadena, CA 91104.
