News reports are coming out that the identity of the man whose body was found burning on Windsor Avenue on April 15 has been released.
However, the coroner's spokesman told Altadenablog at 11 AM today that next of kin have not been notified and that information has not been made public. The spokesman refused to confirm the identity as given in reports so far.
So in case they're snowballing us, here's the Patch story.
UPDATE 4/26: They WERE snowballing us: PSN likewise has identified the vicitm as Emmitt Lee Zinn, 70, and apparently homeless. It was determined that Zinn had been bound, cause of death after autopsy is still unknown.
