Father Gregory Boyle, author of the inspirational memoir Tattoos on the Heart: the Power of Boundless Compassion, will speak at a program presented by the Friends of the Altadena Library at 7 PM, Tuesday May 1 at the Altadena Senior Center. Father Greg is founder of Homeboy Industries, the largest gang intervention and re-entry program in the country. This non-profit offers jobs, legal help, mental health services, tattoo removal, and other free programs to thousands each year.
