Stanton, a consistent top-producing, award-winning real estate agent, he specializes in the greater Altadena and Pasadena areas. Stanton sees his role as a team member who works closely with sellers and buyers to meet their real estate goals.

Greg is well-known in Altadena as the keeper of the "Welcome to the Meadows" blog, one of the first neighborhood blogs in the area. He is also a member of the Meadows FireSafe Council, and was formerly on the Altadena Town Council and was president of the Board of Trustees for Unity Church of Pasadena. In his prior career, Greg was senior vice president at Bank of America, where he worked for 25 years, and had a second career as a Jazz/Pop/R&B singer and songwriter.
“From my earliest days in real estate, my background in finance and project management helped me understand the complexities of offers, financing options, budgets and investment strategies,” Greg says. “Banking and real estate have a similar skill set: attention to detail, tracking of tasks, negotiation with the principals, resolution of difficult issues and the ability to bring the entire process to a successful conclusion.”
