Sheriff's investigators are looking into the death of a man whose body was found ablaze on the 2600 block of Windsor Avenue on Sunday morning.
According to Deputy Lillian Peck of the Los Angeles County Sheriff Headquarters Bureau, a passerby saw an object on fire at the scene and found that it was a human body. 9-1-1 was called at about 6 AM, and the body was extinguished by a squad from the Pasadena Fire Department. The vicitim was pronounced dead at the scene, Peck said.
Sheriff homicide investigators are on the scene. The victim was identified as male, but age, race, general description and cause of death haven't been determined at this time.
