The deadline for submitting a packet to becomes a candidate for Town Council is in one week, Tues., May 8
Application packets are available at the Altadena Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Dr., or as a download on our election page.
Candidates must fill out the proper forms and submit a check or money order for $35 by close of business (5 PM) on May 8.
UPDATE: Just received a message from Election Chair Eric Pierce that the deadline has been extended to 10 PM May 8. The community center will be open until then.
UPDATE UPDATE: Eric says he spoke too soon for the extension -- that would have to be decided by a vote of the town council, so the deadline is back to 5 PM May 8.
