Yes, this is far afield from where we usually go, but we want to say something anyway:
The Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles' annual fundraiser, "TwentyWonder: A Carnival of the Mind" will take place at the Doll Factory in LA on Sat., July 7. Everybody from Joel Hodgson (of "Mystery Science Theater 3000") to Exene Cervenka (X) will be there, a combination of art, science, music, and stuff.
