Sue B Dance Studio Open House, 2525 N. Lake Ave., 9 AM-2 PM. Try out the free dance classes, and there are snacks and refresments.
Altadena Baptist Church, 791 E. Calavaras St. is hosting a Food & Fun event on Sat., July 28, from 5-8 PM. They will have the famous Grilled Cheese Truck, the Attack of the Killer Carnitas Truck, and the Paradise Cookie Truck! There will also be activities for kids and some music. Lots of parking in the church lot and on El Molino.
The Sheriff Support Group Summer Concert Series welcomes the Susie Hansen Latin Jazz Band at the Farnsworth Park Amphtheater, Lake and Mt. Curve Avenues, starting at 7 PM. Beer and wine sales by the Rotary Club of Altadena, and food by El Patron Mexican Restaurant. Concert starts at 7 PM, and admission is free. Bring your dancing shoes to this one!
Bulgarini Gelato's Saturday night summer movie will be "Caterina Va In Citta' (Caterina in the Big City)- a warm and resonant coming of age comedy.Dinner (you should have had reservations, sorry!) starts at 7:30, the film is free, open to all, and starts at dark, and gelato will be available throughout. 749 E. Altadena Drive.
