Dog days seem to have come early:
First, reader Dawn tell us:
I just saw 2 adult Australian cattle dogs roaming around Loma Alta park. They were together one had a collar with a broken lead or tie and other had no collar. I tried to entice them to come to me so check for tags, but they would not come near. They were running out on to Lincoln in front of cars. The last I saw them they were on the baseball field. I called animal control for fear that they would get hurt.
Next, another reader says they found a lost dog Saturday afternoon in the Porter/Homewood area. Very sweet, picture to the right. If you can help, call Joe at 626-660-8733.
