Readers Sue and Tom email about a doggie who's had a sad journey already:
Early Friday morning (29 July) a very sweet male, gray and white pit bull terrier-type dog was abandoned in our neighborhood not once but twice: he was first spotted at 6 AM tied to the bridge over the debris basin on East Loma Alta, and by 7am he had been moved to the Eaton Canyon bridge where some kind pit bull sympathizers rescued him and took him to the Pasadena Humane Society. This guy is a big love and would make a fantastic buddy (like most pitties) if you can find room in your heart and home for this happy guy. His id number at the Humane Society is A308906.
UPDATE: We've added his picture, sent by Sue.
