Reader Paul, who lives at the corner of Raymond Avenue and Mariposa Street, found this girl tied up and scared on the corner recently. He says his corner seems to be a popular dumping place for dogs. This particular girl is now with animal control at Baldwin Park, if she looks familiar to you:
