Reader Sharon has found a sick dog:
I found a dog on Olive near Marigold around 7:30PM tonite (Friday), looks like a white or yellow lab or retriever. He seems very ill or perhaps just dehydrated. Has some large growths on his right side and lame rear legs or feet. I brought him to my house so he is safe for now. He refuses water and food.
The dog has tags, and I have tried to call the owner plus the number on the animal license to see if they can look up the owner. Got voicemail for both.
