Just a few of the things going on this weekend:
- Sheriff Support Group concert series at Farnsworth Park: 7-9 PM, The Down Beat Express. Bring a picnic, or buy some food from El Patron Mexican Restaurant, which will be onsite (they ran out of food last week, but promise they won't this week!). Beer and wine are available from the Altadena Rotary Club. Admission is free.
- Dinner and an Italian movie at Bulgarini Gelato. It's too late to order dinner, but the movie is free and starts in the courtyard at dark. Gelato is always available.
- El Patron moves down the hill from 9 PM-1 AM where it will serve $1 tacos at The Rancho Bar, 2485 N. Lake Avenue.
- If none of those suit you, Pasadena Heritage is hosting the Colorado St. Bridge Party, starting at 6 PM. The Pasadena Sun has details.
Sunday
- Hope you got your tickets to this one: The Altadena Historical Society's tour and talk about the McNally House, 2-4 PM.
- The Altadena Ale & Wine House's Gail and Judah Casburn are apparently back from their sojourn to France, and have brought the wine: Tour de France Wine Tasting from 4-6 PM. There will be seven wines from around France to taste in support of the Tour De France. $20 per person. 2329 N. Fair Oaks Ave.
